Not a virgin but bleeding during sex what do i do or what does this mean?

I am not sure if anyone answered you but I will try to answer. Many times lack of lubrication and rough sex or a large penis can cause bleeding during sex. If sex is painful to you you should not have sex for awhile to let the vagina rest and heal. You should buy lubrication in any drug store and also ask your partner to be gentle.
