Can minors buy sex toys?

December 15th, 2009 by Admin | Filed under Sex Toys General FAQ.
T.k. asked:

I don’t want to embarrass myself by asking my mom to buy one for me if I don’t have to.
I know a local store that sells them that my friend bought some other “adult” items in when we were together and she wasn’t ID’d,
so I was wondering.

they arent supposed to sell them to minors. hy would a minor want them any way. wait a couple of years. they could get sued if the minors parents are against it and find out they did it.

Legally no, but lots of stores like the one you and your friend went to will sell to minors. Why don’t ask her to buy it for you since she wasn’t checked for ID.

Not legally but there are products not specifically sold as a sex toys like massagers or electric toothbrushes that can do the same job in many cases

You possibly could get them online though

    Try Spencers.
    They usually do.
If you do try spencers, let me know. My girlfriend wanted one for our relationship “stuff” we do. And we feel silly asking our parents.

most people who sell them tend to get to embarrassed to ask for i.d., but if they do you can always go on the internet and buy them, most places will ship them to you in plain boxes.
