Can you use coco butter in a Rubik’s Cube to make it go faster? I need a lube for my cube and we don’t own any silicone spray, so are there any at home products I could use on it?

   NO, DO NOT USE COCOA BUTTER IN YOUR CUBE!

   DO NOT use any oil or petroleum based products to lubricate your cube!
   Oil or petroleum based products will basically eat up the plastic inside your cube, causing it to become loose and fall apart easily. It will also go under the stickers and make them slip off.

   The best lubricant is silicone spray, so buy some.
   I would rather buy a silicone spray for $4 then a new cube for $10.
