If I were you i would use wd 40. This is extremely good for you as it will clean your insides right out and get rid of the normal boring poo smell. Be careful not to get amniotic fluid everywhere though. luckily the wd 40 will clean this up real good.

I wouldn’t take muscle relaxers, numbing creams/lubricants, or anything else like that.

While discomfort is normal with anal sex (especially first time), pain is an indicator that something is wrong. You do not want to be numb or to not have control over your body when undertaking something like this.

I wonder- are you trying to have anal sex on the first try, as in, complete penis/dildo right off the bat? If you are, that’s not going to work. You need to slowly stretch yourself open, and learn to accommodate something of larger size. It can take weeks to slowly go from a finger to something substantial, and that’s a good thing.

My suggestions for you would be to have a couple of orgasms first to relax you, and do something else that relaxes you. If a massage makes you feel really relaxed, go for that. Or a hot bath, or a small amount of alcohol (remember- small. You want to have a clear head). Try having your partner stimulate your clitoris (through cunnilingus, a vibrator, etc.) while slowly inserting a finger (and, as always, lots of lube). Try bearing down (like you’re having a bowel movement) while he’s inserting- I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but it helps your rectum take it, kind of helps it suck it inside. Exhale when he pushes in. Go very, very, very slowly. Try to relax. Once he’s in a fair way, just be still and take some time adjusting to that feeling before he moves.

I hope this helps. Just steer clear of muscle relaxers and work on consciously making your body relax.
