You’re good to go unless you doc/midwife says other wise. And orgasm helps relax you and strengthen your uterus. Go for it honey!
It’s perfectly fine (unless your doctor has advised you against orgasm due to a high risk factor in your pregnancy).
im also 20 weeks pregnant and i use a vibrator. it is ok uless your doc had said you cant have sex due to some problem. if he says you can have sex then dont worry about it. its totally safe. whats the difference then used a BOB then actually have sex?
I never had a problem with one when I was pregnant and the Dr told me it was ok to use one. Just to make sure I used enough lube and stuff.
