I’m not sure about Texas, but Alabama has a anti-obscenity law that makes it illegal to sell sex toys unless you say they’re “for medical or therapeutic purposes”.

That is not true at all. You can actually find plenty of shops that sell sex toys even in small towns. I am a Texas girl born adn raised here.
